added native wiimote support. The new native wiimote support isn't stable and works for windows only.
Follow this tutorial (http://www.wiibrew.org/wiki/Wiimote/Windows_Tutorial) to connect your wiimote and verify that your connections is established (you can do this is one of the wiiuse sample demos). After that start dolphin. At the beginning LED4 of your wiimote should be enabled and after the wii program has established its own connection only LED1 must be enabled.
