This enables scoped storage for new Dolphin installs on Android 11
and up (along with a few other changes in behavior which unlike
scoped storage are uncontroversial). Existing installs are unaffected.
We have to do this in order to be able to release updates on
Google Play from November 2021 and on.
This reduces the build time for incremental builds from about
2 minutes to about 20 seconds. Most people never run the
unit tests on Android anyway (I'm not aware of anyone other
than me ever having done it).
Just for maintainability. This is a shorter and more standard
solution compared to our current one where the Fragment
persists the Settings and passes it to the Activity.
Since updating to 28 took us so long that Google Play started
requiring updates to target 28 before we actually merged the PR that
made us target 28, I'm trying to get the update to 29 done early.
Setting targetSdkVersion to 28 would normally force scoped storage
on us, which we do not support yet. However, we can easily
avoid this by setting android:requestLegacyExternalStorage="true".
There will be no such luxury with targetSdkVersion 30, however...
Because trying to fit a 3:1 banner into a circle looks very awkward.
Also move the banner below the title/description now that it
takes up more space horizontally.
Picasso is using an old version of the support lib which creates a conflict
for the exifinterface support librar, this will make sure to use the
version Dolphin is using which is 27.1.1
Added an option in General config to enable/disable usage statistics. Added a popup on first open if
the user would like to engage in reporting. Clicking cancel or out of the box opts out. Only
clicking 'Ok' will enable reporting. Also added a new android specific values to report.
1. Allow users to pick games dircetory from external storage.
2. Better UX experince to distinguish between selecting a directory or
a game. The later is needed when we implement change disk for android.
Bump the support lib version to 26. This allows for using property
animators (R.animator) in FragmentTransaction.setCustomAnimations.
Add the google maven repo, as from support lib 26 onwards, they're only
publishing it in there.
Bump the gradle version while we're at it, keep Android Studio quiet.
We can do this now that the x86-64 JIT supports PIE.
JITIL is deliberately excluded from the GUI because it
doesn't support PIE yet. (JITIL will be used if it's
set in the INI, though.)
