Added macros PanicAlertT, SuccessAlertT, PanicYesNoT, and AskYesNoT that are identical to the non T versions except those strings will be added by gettext to the po files to be translated. This fixes the "gtk_widget_size_allocate(): attempt to allocate widget with width -5 and height 17" type console warnings that are annoying on linux.
