VideoCommon More FIFO work. I've implemented intelligent mechanism in GatherPipeBursted to prevent "FIFO is overflown by GatherPipe!". I commented HiWatermark_Tighter parameter. If Hopefully this patch fix this issue. I will delete this definitely.
